The Night Shelter
During the winter months we run a Night Shelter joining up with many other churches around the city to open our doors to the homeless during the coldest months of the year. It is operated totally by volunteers. We offer a hot meal a warm shower, clean clothes and a bed for the night. The Newport Night Shelter will begin again in November 2010 and will run to the end of March 2011
If you have a few hours to spare during the next few months, we’re always looking for volunteers, if you would like to volunteer click on the Newport Night Shelter link above.
